What to expect?

Facilitated online sessions
Over the course of 4 weeks, you will be guided by our patrons through the basics of IT project management in 4 facilitated sessions.

Personal guidance
To achieve your goals, using your newly acquired skills, a patron will guide you with hands-on advice during the following 3-6 months.

Regular peer review
Leveraging the power of your peers, the group will regularly review progress, strategies and challenges you encounter in your day-to-day.

Facilitated online sessions
Spread over 4 weeks, each module is designed to introduce basic sales concepts, strategies and methods. In interactive activities you will apply them to your business.

Strategies for project planning, resource allocation, and execution.
Module 3: Team Dynamics and Communication

Once the online sessions are completed, for the follwing 3-6 months your will receive individual support and connect with your peer group.
During the program you can request 2 private sessions with one of our patrons. Receive individualized support and mentorship tailored to your project’s needs. Get personal and ask for individual advice to reach your personal goals as an IT project manager and guidance how you can realistically reach your project milestones.
Group sessions are scheduled every 2-3 weeks to support a collaborative environment with a shared learning experience, accountability, and progress tracking.
